We currently accept payments through credit/debit cards via integrated Stripe® checkout form. We do not accept payments via cryptocurrency or other forms of payment at this time.

Yes, we offer a free trial period for users to test out our Darkbot's features before making a purchase. The trial period lasts for 14 days and gives you full access to all of the bot's capabilities. After the trial, you can choose to purchase a subscription to continue using Darkbot.

No, there are no hidden fees or charges for using Darkbot. Our pricing is transparent and all-inclusive. However, please note that there may be fees associated with using cryptocurrency exchanges, which are outside of our control.

Yes, you can cancel or upgrade your Darkbot subscription at any time. If you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. To upgrade or downgrade your plan, simply go to your account settings and select a new plan.

Your exchange API keys are encrypted using AES-256 encryption and stored securely. Darkbot only requests exchange permissions required for trading and market data—no withdrawal access is ever requested. Your API keys can be revoked at any time directly from your exchange dashboard.
